Such a hot day - my day was a bit random I went food shopping after work brought lots of fruit and then proceeded to gorge on it - still fruit better than fat and processed sugar but it was quite a binge - very much in my nature and something I need to get to grips with - fish and salad for dinner so that’s also pretty seemly
Up this morning for a half hour walk at pace and weigh in at 67.9 - gorgeous day
Oh my !! date today is the 28 January 2013 - time flies. I have not been on here for so long but will try hard to get inspiration from this blog and set some goals. Its summer so the months of February and March should be good for watching my weight - first change is to up my exercise and also be kinder to myself I want to get a pedicure and a manicure. 26/03 weight 70.6 after breakfast and dressed in my jeans, teeshirt and cardi - starting an 8 week biggest loser at work -feeling positive day one - read somewhere that successful weight control was mostly dependant on changing behaviours. Two big behaviour changes I will have to make are exercising more and not snacking between meals. Wish me luck…
Update - well here I am 12 Apr - have lost a little weight but mainly have just shed 3 children (big) to university. What this means really is, no more excuses for not exercising, eating the sort of food that I want to eat and just having more time to think about what I am doing. This is the next big stage of my life so if I want to be healthy - time to start now :)

The weather has been the pits - I was hoping gorgeous hot weather would help curtail my eating a little. Instead it has been freezing and I have been hungry - not sure about getting up to exercise so early in the morning -I haven’t found the right combination for an exercise plan. Resisted pizza tonight!! Although did munch into some leftover chicken and stuffing at lunchtime. I tried to eat...
I quite like this little update of my day - started off the day - SATURDAY - going to my spin class. So that was a brilliant start - weighed myself after my shower 69kg I think that other weight I posted the other day was the scales playing up :( It was a little unbelievable. Had quite a good day - biggest issue is I tend to eat too many apples because I love them so much :)

Not such a brilliant day today - made some pecan pies for a friend which were slightly disastrous so had to make another batch and all the lovely debris was just asking to be eaten :( - On the bright side I did avoid quite a few tempting things so it wasnt a complete washout. Also enjoyed a lovely meal with my family - yay Friday night :) I also need to make sure I do better with my water intake...
Just a quick post - made it to my spin class this morning after a really bad sleep - the night was hot. So pleased with myself though - although I found it hard after my break - breathless. Came home and had a hot shower and weighed myself before breakfast 68.04 what!!!!

Well I’m feeling quite motivated - had a really good day. The weather is getting warm so actually you feel less inclined to eat. Ate lots of fruit and tried to get plenty of liquid. Caught sight of myself in a mirror at the shops and thought oops perhaps those jeans aren’t such a good look at the moment. What an odd day - very hot and humid - managed to resist the scrummy morning tea and the licorice all-sorts - drank water - we had our department christmas dinner I hadn’t paid much attention to what had been organised just paid my money and turned up - the food was like a really souped up version of a high tea - quite fun but not a lot of healthy choices - enjoyed a few treats but resisted...
Well my goal tomorrow is to organise my exercise regime - I am going to check out 4 classes that would be at doable times at the gym and then factor them in - they will not be allowed to take 2nd place!
And the next most important thing is to start carrying a water bottle with me.
